State medical license

Indiana physicians apply to the Indiana Medical Licensing Board through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA). Indiana is an IMLC member.

Indiana requires medical school graduation, postgraduate training, USMLE/COMLEX passage, and primary-source verification.
