State medical license

Colorado physicians apply to the Colorado Medical Board (within the Department of Regulatory Agencies, DORA) through the DORA Online Services portal. Colorado is an IMLC member and an SPL state for Compact-eligible physicians.

Colorado requires medical school graduation, 1 year of postgraduate training (3 years for IMGs), USMLE/COMLEX passage, and primary-source credential verification.
