State medical license
Arizona MD physicians apply to the Arizona Medical Board; DOs apply separately to the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners. Arizona is an IMLC member and SPL-eligible.
Arizona requires medical school graduation, postgraduate training, USMLE/COMLEX passage, and primary-source verification.
